This gym is fantastic. I've been to many martial art studios and none of them are as caring to the needs of the students as this one. I've seen a lot of progression in my Jiu-Jitsu and their workout class has kept me in peak physical condition. Highly recommend
Just my third week. Very happy I enrolled. For a very reasonable monthly fee, you can do weightlifting, jujitsu, Thai kickboxing, yoga, JKD, and HIT. Check this place out.! You have nothing to lose, except excess weight if any :-) If like me, you would like to get fit or just have fun, there’s no excuse not to come. They’re very nice and not pushy about making you enroll so come and try it out! I’m in my late 60s and having fun!
