The support team is described as patient and comforting, with a very nice staff that is amazing. The doctor provides a detailed explanation of the vision tests and a thorough analysis of changes to vision. Patients feel very comfortable and well taken care of, with many expressing a desire to return for their next appointment.
When my husband and I walked in, we were welcomed by the front desk employee, who had a smile on her face and very friendly. We were early for our appointment so as we waited she was very friendly engaging in conversation with us. We both see. Dr. Medrano - who I can’t say enough good things about. His “bedside manner” was very attentive and he listened to me describe what I was struggling with. He explained things in terms that I could understand. In summary, my husband and I were both very satisfied with our visit and will definitely be back next time!
I really like Eyedoc Vision Services. Everyone is always so kind. They helped me figure out health issues just from an eye exam. They are very thorough. Also, while other businesses prices are rising, there’s has remained the same for out-of-pocket customers. I truly appreciate that. I highly recommend!
