I was about to head out of town for a 3-week trip when suddenly my laptop wouldn't turn on. The team at quality systems was able to diagnose the problem (bad battery), clean my laptop, and get me the correct charger in under an hour and for only $50. I am so grateful because I thought I was going to have to buy a new $2000 laptop. Very friendly team. Welcoming. Explained the issue to me and worked on my device in front of me and showed me exactly the problem.

Excellent !! Our Lenovo home laptop (Windows 11) lost internet connectivity, and no amount of resets and restarts would get us back online. I called Quality Systems just to ask if this would something they could look at, and after a couple of questions got some clear advice to shut off the Bluetooth and try the resets again. Voila !!
