I was about to head out of town for a 3-week trip when suddenly my laptop wouldn't turn on. The team at quality systems was able to diagnose the problem (bad battery), clean my laptop, and get me the correct charger in under an hour and for only $50. I am so grateful because I thought I was going to have to buy a new $2000 laptop. Very friendly team. Welcoming. Explained the issue to me and worked on my device in front of me and showed me exactly the problem.
I came in to buy a computer charger.
The staff members were friendly and assisted me. The charger was affordable. Will definitely return anytime I need something for my computer.
