He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time. He was very positive in his manner and the way he addressed the problems. He did not make me feel like an idiot like other computer people do. His prices were very reasonable.

I've brought computers to MouseWorks for years. I'm not sure I can count the times they have breathed new life into an old computer or helped me to rescue files from a dead computer prior to giving it a fitting burial. I'm not even sure I can add up how many thousands of dollars these guys have saved me over the years!

This is my new "Go To" computer store. Randy, the owner, is very good at troubleshooting and repair and helped me with computer and printer issues. And he is reasonably priced. I recommend him highly and I've been working with PC's for 50 years!
