Ktech Custom Computers offers exceptional service for custom-built computers and repairs. Customers frequently mention the quick turnaround time, with some receiving their orders just one day after placing them. The owner, Kris, is recognized for his professionalism and willingness to help, often providing support over the phone instead of charging for additional services. Many reviewers highlight the competitive prices and personalized attention they receive, noting that Kris tailors solutions to meet specific needs without overselling. Overall, Ktech is highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable computer services and a great value in the Greater Houston area.
I wanted a new gaming pc fast so I called and placed my order, they built it and delivered it the very next day. They sent me pictures and videos of the building process which was cool. The computer looks incredible and performs better than I expected. No issues so far. I recommend!!
I called Ktech on a Friday afternoon just to get a quote for a custom built computer, ended up ordering it and had it delivered the very next day. I wasn't able to run one game that I wanted to play. Kris could have just had me take the computer back to him and charged me for it but instead he walked me through a few steps over the phone. The service, price and professionalism are second to none and some of the best I've ever experienced. I HIGHLY recommend Ktech to anyone needing a custom built computer or repair and will personally refer them to everyone I know that are in need of their services.
Chris is a beast. If you’re looking for a custom computer to be built, you won’t find better service or price (I checked around with a lot of competitors) in the entire Greater Houston area.
