“I was treated by Dr Charles and Dr Paige years ago and thoroughly enjoyed each and every visit. We moved out of the area and discontinued our care but kept in touch via social media.My husband pinched a nerve on his neck out of nowhere today! He was literally doing nothing. It got so bad that he was in a terrible mood, in pain, and unable to move.As someone that gets pinched nerves often, I know how terrible it is to not be able to do the most basic things!It's Saturday evening, nothing is open until Monday. My husband has not established himself as a patient anywhere! If we're lucky he may be seen Monday mid-day.I thought of Dr. Charles and played a hail Mary lol I reached out and explained the situation not really expecting him to be available, but hoping for suggestions.Dr. Charles was beyond kind! He agreed to meet my husband tomorrow morning! On a Sunday! I can't thank him or God enough for being so incredibly gracious and open to helping someone in an emergency sitiation ?It's truly admirable.I wish we lived in the area because Peak Potential helped me so much during my treatment there! “Highly recommend!! The people here were fantastic and worked with me to get a piece of glitter or metal out of my two-year-old’s eye. Not an easy task! Our regular pediatrician couldn’t even see it in her eye and getting into an ophthalmologist through the normal scheduling process would have taken months. Literally months! At Texas children’s urgent care we got it taken care of in one day. We started at the urgent care and had it checked out by one of their docs, then they had someone walk us upstairs to the ophthalmologist where they so generously fit us in and so expertly found and removed the foreign object. Then the same nice lady walked us back downstairs to urgent care where we finished up taking care of details. Everyone was also so great at coaching my little girl through what could have been a traumatic experience. Last night, after having it removed, we had our first night of good sleep since she got this thing in her eye, and you know I’m feeling grateful and going to tell all my friends!“
