Elsie has went above and beyond to squeeze me in even when there are no available appointments. Each time I go in, she greats me with a smiling face and is quick to help us. She is welcoming to my children as well.
I have floated between multiple providers and the therapist for different appointments with my children there and they all have been amazing. They helped educate my teenagers on how to be healthy and protect their own body, they have played with the infants to make them more comfortable, and they have taught me how to handle different situations I have been faced with.
Many organizations are not aware of the protocols for foster youth - however this office is and has made everything so much easier for me. They jump through all of the extra hoops put in place by the state and they never complain. I highly recommend the spring office.”
