“Dr. Randy Luo is one of the kindest doctors you’ll ever meet. He also is a superb surgeon. during 2024, he performed surgeries to correct problems caused by a severe type of arthritis. In February 2025, I took a fall down four steps. Unfortunately, it did a lot of damage. I have had multiple surgeries, including one by Dr. Lou when months after the injury they found things that were crushed in one hand. The first thing that was corrected by a doctor where we live was taking care of a crushed elbow. It was the worst they had ever seen. And they actually had to redo the surgery during the first surgery because it wasn’t working. Now many months out. I am in tremendous pain. Dr. Lou is going to work with an associate to see if they can redo the surgery and fix what wasn’t done then.. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the time and effort he has spent to make my life easier. We live almost 2 hours away, and he is worth the journey. I recommend him to anyone That needs hand or lower arm work. He is definitely a 10 star Doctor!“

“Wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice & welcoming. From the nurses at the front desk to the Doctor in the back. I brought my Father in for his follow up. We couldn’t get an appointment online because they were all booked up to good reason. The nurse at the desk asked us to wait in the room until she can fit us in, in case anyone canceled or didn’t show up for their appointment. She literally saved us because the next available appointment was on the day after my father was due to travel. He was attended to by Dr. Caila Magazine. She was amazing. My dad loved how thorough she is in checking out her patients and caring for them. She gave great advice and instructions on how to move forward with his health. Absolutely love this place. “Dr. Choo is the BEST! I got into a severe MVA requiring an extensive and complex surgery. Two doctors at the trauma center said it would be best if Dr. choo completed the surgery as he can handle it. I had to wait a few days inpatient for him to be available and it was worth it. Dr. Choo spent nearly 4 hours reconstructing my shoulder with plates and screws. I am only 2 weeks post op but thanks to Dr. choo I am very optimistic on my future. Dr. Choo is amazing, and I would have waited years if needed for his expertise???“
