“I had a couple of leaks on my roof. Shannon came to do an inspection and explained what needed to be done. He gave me a couple of options and provided detail process of filing a claim with the insurance company. I wanted to get the leaks fixed ASAP. Shannon emailed me the estimate, I signed it and two days later the roofers were doing the repairs. Since then we had a couple of rain storms here in Dallas and the leaks stop 100%.
