“I chose Berkshire Roofing because Rudy and Angel showed up and we’re very good with explaining everything and the process after having hail damage. They were going to replace my roof, pickets on my fence, and window screens. The replacement of the roof went smooth and it was done quickly. They came and replaced half of the pickets on my fence and haven’t finished since May. I was told they were talking with the insurance company to try and get another area of my fence that was leaning repaired. In the beginning Rudy responded quickly and told me they were working on with the insurance. It is now October 17th and Rudy will not respond. I called my insurance and they show nothing of talking to anyone from Berkshire about my fence. Update: 12/2/23 after writing the above review I received a call from Will and he let me know that Rudy was no longer employed with Berkshire. Will took control and continued to keep me updated and got my fence completed. They have done a good job and I’m very pleased with the work that was done and especially Will. I would gladly recommend Berkshire.“

“Let's get right to the point, if you are in need of anything on the exterior of your home, Santos and his team at Elite Exteriors are top notch! I am VERY particular about my home and always do a TON of research before embarking on an improvement project. When it came time to do the siding on my 30+ year old home, it was no different. During my research I interviewed 3 different companies, but I knew as soon as I met with Santos, there was something different about him and Elite Exteriors. From the moment he stepped foot on my property, his attention to detail and overall genuinely caring attitude really showed. His proposal came in exactly when he said it would, and his prices were extremely reasonable and competitive. What set Elite apart though, was the fact that they didn't try to nickel and dime, or short cut anything. Everything was clearly spelled out, and truthfully, they do things the RIGHT way (including doing things that other contractors try and short cut or leave out.) For transparency, we were in the middle of a larger project on our home, and I brought Santos and Elite exteriors in for the siding/painting/gutters portion. Santos' flexibility with scheduling and easy-going attitude made working with them a breeze! When install day came, his team was prompt and on the ball and got the job done faster than I ever thought it could be! I even had some "custom requests" that they handled not only well, they took care of them as if it was their own house. Let's just say this: The finished project was amazing! Our house looks brand new, and truthfully, they paid attention to each and every tiny detail. Not only did they do an amazing job, at the end of each day, they left my property just like they found it, and always cleaned up after themselves (believe me, that is hard to find these days!) I have already had numerous people, including other contractors, ask me who did our siding and I am proud to say that Santos' at Elite Exteriors did! I am definitely a customer for life!“

“I just had my roof done by Aspen (Dallas office) and the results are amazing! The new roofing job they did is so much better quality than the original as it relates to the attention to detail in the shingle placement, vents' positioning, and aesthetics. Shay was the point of contact in the office and she was very patient with my questions and took care of me. When the insurance company was taking time to do their part, she encouraged me to be patient myself and handled everything. She and Jacob Ortiz, the site manager, reminded me repeatedly that as the customer, my sanctification was their priority. Jacob took me from day 1, the inspection, to the installation on the last day, ensuring I fully understood what was going to happen. He ensured I knew every detail about the roof replacement and ensured all of what I wanted done was accomplished. He has the perfect customer relationship disposition; patient, always friendly, and thorough. We spent the entire installation day together, watching the workers do their thing and he ensured I was satisfied every step of the way all day. “I had hail damage on my home, but I was unaware of the extent. Many roofers came to my house and offered an inspection, but I turned them all away. When Gary and Mark came out, they were very friendly and convincing with specifics, so I decided to proceed with the inspection. Mark helped me file the claim with my insurance, and he even met with the field adjuster to go over everything. Connie and I worked out the details, and I got an energy-star roof, new seamless gutters and downspouts, and new Hardiplank fascia boards. Gary, Connie, and Mark were always reachable when I needed something. Sometimes, large corporations forget us little people. Ethos, a small business, values us. They did a wonderful job, and I believe that they will put a smile on your face, too!“

Oh well, $75 is more than nothing, just a bit different than I was told.“
