Our house has a contract on it and the inspection came back with an issue with boards in the attics. I quickly reached out to Morgan for her help to have a professional come out and look at it. She was able to get Michael out to my house the next day he inspected not only my attic but also my roof and sent me the report saying everything checked out fine. I was able to send in for the buyers to appease them. I want to say that K&M Services is a great company and very helpful, I would highly recommend using them!

K&M were quick to come out to meet me, meet my expectations and also time frame to complete to replacement roof. The team was efficient and communicated with me every step of the way with my insurance company after the hail we had out here. Will for sure be going back for my futer needs!! Thank you again!
