“All day everyday I 100% recommend Dr. Hicks and Airrosti. I've made significant strides in my ability to not to be in pain. Being hyper mobile is not fun and rebalancing a hyper mobile body to move correctly and use muscles instead of joints is a key component to staying mobile into your later years. “Dr. Perez is amazing, however his staff is not. This is the third time now that I've had to wait or make several calls or trips for refills on medications that were already approved by Dr Perez himself. Honestly I'm beginning to find them quite incompetent. Just today myself and my pharmacy called to get the go ahead for a prescription refill that the doctor approved 2 weeks ago. I had also called 2 other times earlier this week to prevent this exact issue. Now they're closed, they never called the pharmacy back so I have to go to the office Monday morning and find out what the issue is this time. Very frustrating and unprofessional. EDIT: I received a call from staff where everything was cleared up. I truly appreciate that they took the time out to call me and explain everything. I also appreciate that they cared enough to call and make sure everything was understood and fixed.“
