“It's been almost five years since I stayed here. The staff on duty were very courteous and friendly. Upon checking in, I had this wonderful conversation with the front desk staff-on-duty. Just small talk on how I-45 Southbound had heavy traffic what looked like an automobile accident due to all the fire trucks involved. He told that worried him because that was his main route home, and thanked me for the heads up. (When I checked out the following morning, he was on duty, and he told me that he found an alternate route home. Once again, he thanked me for the heads up.) Oh! I forgot to mention that check-in quick and easy. My assigned room was at the top on the fourth floor. It was part of an adjoining room which I had no problem with. The only that I was concerned about was that upon my room the door made a loud noise when it was closing; therefore, my apologies to my next door neighbor(s) for the slamming sound. The room was a bit warm due to the set temperature (75 degrees Fahrenheit), but no worries, it can be adjusted to whatever you deem is comfortable. A bit wear and tear on of the walls, but it looked like it was decently patched up. Bathroom included basic necessities, but what surprised me that the shower included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I don't it included those the last time I stayed. Only thing that was missing was an ironing board. No problem because I used the bed as a substitute. I didn't take advantage of The Bistro while I stayed there. Maybe the next time? All-in-all my stay here was, once again, comfortable and quiet.“

They arrived quickly, inspected the plumbing, found that a cracked valve fitting could have turned into a major water problem, shut off the water right away, and started the repair. Sean initially came out to fix a small leak but went above and beyond by noticing an issue with my hot water heater. He could tell right away that it needed to be replaced and explained how leaving it could have turned into a very costly repair. “Although the original plumbing issue was resolved, I was unfortunately left dealing with additional damage and cleanup afterward. I would have appreciated being informed beforehand that the ceiling in my garage would need to be cut open so we could have moved our workout equipment out of the area. There were several people at home available to help move everything, but no warning or recommendation was given prior to the work being started.

As a result, we are now having to scrub hardened drywall and Sheetrock debris off our mats and workout equipment. Better communication and consideration for protecting the surrounding area would have made a significant difference in our experience.“
