Brittany was courteous, neat, efficient, and she installed the ordered part in a short amount of time. The new grill has a big impact on lessening the sound of the unit when it is running.
Brittany represents GVEC well!

Justin took our Saturday morning first call and was on site promptly as scheduled. He thoroughly diagnosed the immediate issue and also pointed out potential issues. He offered various options without any effort to sway our decisions. Justin was professional, polite, and a positive representative of his company.
