I wanted to share that the technician installed a new thermostat for us and made sure it integrated well with our existing system, taking time to show me how to use it properly. This was a much smoother experience compared to the last company I used, as everything was up and running within an hour.
Brittany was courteous, neat, efficient, and she installed the ordered part in a short amount of time. The new grill has a big impact on lessening the sound of the unit when it is running.

A national chain installed my AC unit and it was an absolute disaster — wrong size unit installed twice (first too small, then too big), wrong drain pan, wrong insulation. The bad install caused my stairwell ceiling to collapse TWICE, leaving me with an open stairwell for over a month and stuck paying for both the unit and the repair costs.
Factory Direct AC came in and fixed everything the other company got wrong — correct sizing, correct pan, correct insulation, all brought up to code. They even load tested the system before calling it done, so I know it’s actually working right, not just running.
Melissa in the office was great from the first call — easy to schedule with and kept me updated. Devin and Darrel did the actual repair work and were professional, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing.

Jacob tackled my son's low taper fade, Aleayia took care of my daughter, and Lucie did our hair cuts. I recognized Jacob from a school Facebook post. He had volunteered to help the kids get picture ready for Fall Pictures and they are hands down the best school pictures we've ever purchased. Super grateful to him. I highly recommend this Great Clips location.

My haistylist Shelli performed wonderfully. She didn't rush the haircut cut job and made the whole haircut experience great and added a comfortable chat experience.
She did a great job, that is a small miracle on my hair. I've got at least 3 hair licks that make it almost impossible to get my hair to go where you'd like it. On top of that I have baby fine hair that is thinning.
I went to the Seguin Sports Clips location a couple of weeks ago. I was welcomed and the hairstylist greeted me and I discussed how I usually get my haircut. She gave me some recommendations and provided excellent service. I will return again.

Penny Kain is the absolute best. Takes her time learning your hair and makes sure that everything she's doing is leading towards your expected result. Im 50 years old and I dont think anyone has ever cut my hair as well as she does. Her beard trimming is just as meticulous. I look and feel great. As long as I live in the area no one else will ever touch my hair except for Penny. Thanks for the great cut and conversation, Penny!

Diane and her team at Happy Nails always do a wonderful job. I will gladly drive from New Braunfels to Seguin to have my nails done and for the best pedicure. Other nail salons start at $50 and then increase in price for every little add on; paraffin treatment, exfoliating treatment, mask/massage, but at Happy Nails you get the deluxe pedicure for the basic pedicure price. B did an amazing job on my full set and and I was thrilled with the holiday design. Hannah took her time with my pedicure and did a fantastic job as well.

This guy came and took out one dying, and one invasive tree in my back yard. He also took out several branches form a couple trees overhanging my roof and made the yard feel bigger and open. All for a pretty fair price. I would definitely recommend and hire Brian again.

Dr. Cooper is a great dentist! And her staff are awesome, too. Competent, caring and prompt. I never wait. They are very diligent and provide a full review of my health as well as my teeth. Their hygenists do a full scan to make sure oral health is good as well as checking for any hidden problems in your neck and throat. They're very reasonable and never try to upsale any products or procedures.

As soon as I walked in I was treated like I have been treated there for years, staff was so friendly and helpful! I haven’t been to the Dentist for several years because of fear, as soon as I sat down where I was check out I was very comfortable and had no fear anymore , the assistant and the Dr ,explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions and gave me the best advice for my situation 👍I will continue to get Dental attention there!

I don’t even know how to begin, my life as of lately hasn’t been exactly easy sometimes you gotta pick up the pieces and start over again from zero and when there’s a one constant in your life that has always been there. You love them with your whole heart. My Chowder dog desperately needed help. He had went far too long without getting a surgery to remove move an annoying benign tumor.I was at a place in my life where I was trying to start over and faced with many setbacks,it was breaking my heart to see my dog who stuck with me through thick and thin go through so much. I cannot say enough good things about Pets Choice, Animal Hospital,I knew they cared about pets when we had to have my daughters Frenchie put down and they treated him like he was human,truly part of our family, it meant the world to us cause it was a hard enough time. So when I sought out a place for my English bulldog there was a place in San Antonio that wanted to charge me an insane amount of money. There was no way I could ever afford that, with the cards that was just dealt to me. I thought I was gonna have to rehome my dog, seeing him in his condition hurt my heart every day. Dr DeCola and staff took the time, patience,care and empathy with my wonderful bully. He is on the mend and on his way to living best life once again.we love our fur babies. They’re part of our family and thanks to the care of Pets Choice Animal Hospital, We get to stay a family. Truly thank you guys so much for the bottom of our hearts.

When we got our puppy Bruizer we were worried about taking him to a groomer. Paws to Perfection has not only done an amazing job on his cuts but has also made Bruizer excited to come back. Not only does he look and smell amazing he is treated gently and with LOVE ❤ Bruizer has been a paws to perfection dog for 1+ years now and I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else!!
