Every aspect of getting Internet from GVEC was very positive. From initial contact to the installers who were very friendly, prompt and efficient. My highest regard to the way all was handled.
I am very happy with my GVEC internet service. I’m loving the Fiber Optic, as with my speed plan, 250 mbps; my downloads are fast, and my internet TV that I subscribed to is terrific. We decided it was time to stop the kids from complaining about our internet service. GVEC was now offering service in our area, and with one call, we had SUPER FAST INTERNET!!! The customer service from the first phone call, to the outside line install, and inside set up was AMAZING!!! Everyone was very thorough with explaining how everything worked, the installation, and operation. Now all the kids can do homework , someone can watch a movie, I can work from home, and our security cameras, and smart home devices can all be online at the same time!!!!! WITH NO LAGGING!!!!
