A national chain installed my AC unit and it was an absolute disaster — wrong size unit installed twice (first too small, then too big), wrong drain pan, wrong insulation. The bad install caused my stairwell ceiling to collapse TWICE, leaving me with an open stairwell for over a month and stuck paying for both the unit and the repair costs.
Factory Direct AC came in and fixed everything the other company got wrong — correct sizing, correct pan, correct insulation, all brought up to code. They even load tested the system before calling it done, so I know it’s actually working right, not just running.

Excellent service, I was very happy with the work done, and my AC unit is working more efficiently than it was before. Devon was the technician who came out on time and was very informative, professional, and courteous. I would highly recommend this company for any AC repair work.
I needed some drainage work in my AC and Devon as usual did an amazing job by explaining the steps of the process and making suggestions on how to improve the condition of the AC draining system.
He was extremely professional with outstanding peoples skills.
