The staff and doctors assistants or super friendly and knowledgeable and take the time to listen to what you’re dealing with instead of telling you what you should be seeing. I was having trouble seeing correctly after my first contact fitting. When I came back for a refit, Dr Obie actually walked outside with me and checked how I was seeing in “the real world “.
