I had some sensitivity and they paid special attention to that area but there was no problem seen on my X-ray, yay! I was given some great suggestions to help with sinus pain and changing my tooth brushing and flossing routine a bit. I use Sensodyne but I need to not rinse my mouth at the end of my routine because I’m washing away all the sensitivity protection! Seems so simple but never occurred to me, I was just doing what I always did with rinsing. I love that they took time to address the issue. Thanks again!“

“Let me start this by saying that I was not a big fan of the dentist. When i was younger I had some bad experiences with dentists that put me off going to them for years and years. Because of this my teeth had got into a pretty bad state.One morning about ten years ago i woke up with an abscess on my tooth and had to go for emergency surgery. While i was there they removed seven other teeth. The price at the time they quoted me for implants put me off getting them so I’ve lived for the past ten years with only really 3 to 4 functioning teeth for eating. Needless to say i made it work!! Until one day last year in August my wife said enough is enough and we need to get your mouth sorted!This is where Fortune and her team come in. My wife said let’s just talk to her and see what she can do and what she recommends. I of course was reluctant at first but i caved and said ok.So we went for a consult and at first honestly all I wanted to do was leave!! But I stayed and as Fortune began to explain the possibilities and what she could do I felt a little more comfortable with the whole process. So we set a date and began the process of giving me back my full set of teeth.So to cut a long story short ( I could ramble all day ?) six short months later after one surgery, a couple of implants and a couple of bridges later I have my full compliment of teeth back. It’s a few weeks now and I am finally getting used to eating on both sides of my mouth angain and not just using those few teeth I had for many years.For me, having a full head of teeth again is great, but more importantly is the way I was treated at the office. I was at ease the whole way through (her staff are great). I live five hours away from Fortune's office and had no problem making that trip each time for procedures or check ups.Thank you ALL at Randolph Family Dental.“
