Everyone there is very sweet and nice and they get to your child quickly
After having several not so great experiences with pediatric dentists, Dr. Ding and her staff are a huge breath of fresh air. The girls who cleaned my kids’ teeth and took their X-rays were SO good with my kids. I wish I knew their names so I could give them a shout out. And Dr. Ding is fantastic as well. She takes the time to get to know her patients and truly seems to care about them. She is clear and informative with me as a parent, making sure all my questions are answered and concerns are heard. I have been bringing my kids to this location since about 2017. Both kiddos have had different issues over time and at every step of the way, even when more costly things were needed it has been a good experience. We've never had to wait very long to be seen, which is a blessing when waiting with kids. The staff up front have always been kind and quick to answer any question I'd have. The dental hygienists have always been patient and caring, no matter which one we've seen. One of my children when they were younger struggled with the noises and anything with suction and she was always accommodated and never made to feel like she didn't have a choice in her own treatment....read full review
