“This dental office makes me look forward to getting a cleaning. I usually have a lot of dental anxiety, but not here.Starting with walking into the office, Shelly provides a genuinely warm welcome. She made me feel at ease ensuring all the paperwork and insurance were in order.After bringing me back to the work area, Morgan quickly got me through the panoramic and bite-wing X-rays with ease. While working through my cleaning, she kept the conversation moving so I didn't have time to worry or stress over possible tooth pain. They've also got a TV mounted to the ceiling so you can watch Netflix while being worked on.When Dr. Morrison came into the room she was carefully able to explain any concerns I had. She walked me through her analysis of my X-rays and visual analysis of my teeth. They've even got this tool that takes a scan of your teeth so they can bring it up on a screen, zoom in and out, and look all around each tooth. She was refreshingly personable and very knowledgeable.“

“I was educated on how the dentist checks your teeth on a 1-6 scale, the higher the number and the amount of the 5's or 6's, the better chance you need a deep cleaning, which is not covered by your insurance and requires 2 visits. According to my new dentist, I have great teeth and good bone structure and only need a cleaning every 6 months, which my insurance covers. Thank you for opening my eyes on how to manage my dental care and not insisting that I need a deep cleaning, that I would have to pay out of pocket for. Your staff was very kind and the cleaning wasn't as bad or as long as I thought it would be, considering I get very white knuckled when it comes to this. Thank you all for a very educated and pleasant experience. See you in 6 months.“
“Everybody at work is annoyed with me because I won't stop talking about how I love my dentist!!!I've been here three times in like 4 months (god almighty) for a cleaning and crown placement and have always had an extremely positive experience. I've had three hygienists help me out (shoutout to Yanel, Amber, and I'm sorry but I was too nervous to ask the name of the third because it was crown day...give a yearly bonus to everybody else too just to be safe) and they've all been excellent. Friendly, gentle, relaxed, all great for me.I've been with Dr. Heinkel each visit and she's so great! I was already in baby mode on my first visit because I was prepared to lose a tooth and bracing myself for an "oh god what have you done to your teeth" but she truly feels like a partner working with me to improve and make the most of my smile. Totally encouraging and comfortable to work with.I had a chipped tooth with bad decay and she put my permanent crown on last week that I'm still so psyched on. It fits perfectly and feels better than ever. She could recognize my anxiety beforehand and helped so much to make the whole treatment plan feel manageable. I really can't say enough and don't want to exceed my word limit. Should've prepared a concise outline. Anyway.Definitely recommend Dr. Heinkel, and the rest of the reviews make me feel like the rest of the staff is just as caring. I'm already looking forward to getting the rest of my mouth on track haaaaaaaaaaa“

“My first appointment with Dr. Shults was this afternoon. He did a thorough exam with a pano and bitewings, cancer screening and checked my pocket depth for scaling and root planning. The office is the cutest office I have ever seen and my background is dentistry ! It's a 150 year old barn from Ohio Amish country and its all original. Everyone I encountered was super sweet, I didn't wait long, Dr. Shults took the time to explain to me the xray results. The office was clean and comfortable. I made my way to the front where I was given a treatment plan, we talked about payment arrangements and I scheduled my first appt. I wish I had found him sooner than now! Seems like a great place to work with friendly, happy employees too! I would def recommend this practice to friends. Thank you! I will see you soon!“
