Really great experience so far! I let Jaycie know I had a fear of dentists & bad experiences and she was very thoughtful, gentle, and used a lot of communication when testing my gum pockets. i’m going back later today for my cleaning, but so far I’d recommend them to anyone in the Schertz or Cibolo area! Fran at the front is also so nice and helpful, it’s nice to not feel extremely anxious from the second i walk into a dentist’s office.
I appreciated the staff at this location making me feel so comfortable! Shoutout to Kas at the front, she was so kind and definitely created a great first impression of the environment! Then once I was pulled back for my appointment, the staff and doctor were great. People often forget that having good “bed side” manner is one of the important aspects of any medical office, even dentistry. I appreciated everyone, and the education I was provided. I am very very particular about who works on my teeth, and I look forward to continuing my dental care with this practice. A++ from me! :)
My husband ans I love coming to Dual Arc . The staff is amazing. They keep me laughing and they take care of us- Dr. Desai and Ms Jasmine did great with my treatment. I highly recommend this place .
