“Girard Gagliardi of Emerald Roofing refuses to come replace the shingles that he put on my shed in November of 2020. 2 shingles fell off in March of this year. I told him initially I could be patient and could wait since the missing shingles didn't cause any leaks, but now 6 months later, nothing has been done. Patience does not mean waiting forever! He's been coming up with every excuse in the book to delay coming out. He's even said he was coming a couple of times and on his way once, then cancelled at the last minute (I'm beginning to doubt if he had any intensions of coming out at all), and now today he says it was out of the 'goodness of his heart' to come out (even after I offered him $100 for gas money) and now wants to charge me $700 to do the warranty work! I have a 5 year warranty! The GAF people have already provided the shingles, but Girard from Emerald Roofing is being a total jxxk! I initially hired him when he was replacing the shingles on the roof 2 doors down from me in Magnolia. Little did I know that any repair work was just way too far for him to drive! Do NOT use Emerald Roofing!!!”
