“I usually don’t do reviews. But, this experience with Guaranteed Appliances was incredibly excellent. They went above and beyond to assist us in repairing our Roper dryer. They provided advice on trouble shooting my dryer to ensure I got the correct part. I had to have the part same day and wanted an OEM part rather than the cheaper stuff on Amazon that often fails prematurely. I knew what I would have to pay online to get what I needed which would have taken five to seven business days to arrive. I expected to pay more to get the part same day. I was happily surprised when the correct part was cheaper than the prices I found online for the exact same thing, an OEM heating element. Not only was the price cheaper I had it same day and avoided shipping costs.
