I brought my daugthere in because she has a history of Nursemaids Elbow and she was dealing with it today. The Nurse Practitioner on duty was very professional in explaining the she herself didn’t feel comfortable with conducting the correction and referred me to the nearest children’s ER.
I appreciated the staffs honesty in dealing with this situation and I took their advice. 3hrs later my littler girl was back to normal after Negative X-rays ruling out other problems and the ER DOC resetting the elbow.
I will be sure to come here first for any other future needs and I appreciate the staffs assistance in my issue.
We went in 10 minutes before closing and they got us in as new patients right away. The nurse who checked our 8 year old daughter in was extremely kind and patient with our daughter. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. I would recommend them.
I have brought my child here on two separate occasions. Both times the process was simple and quick. They receptionist is great. The MA that takes you to the back is super nice and caring. We had two different Dr’s and they were both so sweet and caring. Genuinely explaining the diagnosis and why. Taking the time to listen and answer questions. They’re truly so caring here, will continue to bring my child here when needed. Thank y’all!!
