NextCare Urgent Care, San Antonio (Culebra Rd)

Consider yourself lucky if you get to see Dr.Farah. She is obviously so good at what she does. I know it’s not a pediatric clinic but sometimes I take my toddler here if I can’t get into his pediatrician and I do feel like he gets good care here especially by Dr. Farah.

I was seen right away. The nurse was fantastic and the doctor was great and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I may have been feeling horrible but the experience made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

I can't say enough positive remarks about this clinic. From the ease of online appointment scheduling and online screening forms to the in person arrival, absolutely on point. Receptionist was the consumate professional in care while I was there. Thoroughly went over previous visit to make sure information was accurate and did not require updates. Initial medical assessment thorough as well. Jeannie Howard was also very much on point in her assessment, medical plan. Discussed all options, informative in her presentation, genuine care and concern from all from start to finish. You have a good thing going on at this location.
