I have been consistently very pleased with Tiger A/C. They do excellent work and seem to hire people who are not only capable but friendly and helpful. Ignacio was the latest technician who did our winter checkup and gave very good advice.

When my heater on my 24 year old unit went out last week I knew it was time to get it replaced. My neighbor recommended Tiger. My first encounter was with their service tech Emanuel. I expected him to say that I needed a new HVAC System as I have encountered this response with other companies when I needed service, but he did not try to sell me one. Instead he told me what was wrong and what the cost would be to repair it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. After speaking to the salesman Jamal, I knew I had chosen the right company. He gave me options and didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive unit. We were very pleased with our recent experience with Tiger Services. They came out within 2 hours of my initial call, identified the problem, ordered the Trane part and had our heater working before the cold weather arrived!
