Chase was extremely personable, answered our questions with transparency and was very quick and efficient. He’s a true professional who takes pride in his trade which is clearly evident in his clean work.
Your service tech Mr Chase was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining everything he was doing .He worked on one of our Minnie’s and repaired and replaced a UV light. He also took pic’s for there reference and also gave us copies as well.
Chase did a thorough job replacing a blower motor and fan. He checked the system after installation to make sure it was within recommended parameters.
Parts took almost 3 weeks to arrive and Champion parts department did a poor job of communication about status. I called multiple times and finally received a text with minimal information. I understand that delivery dates are uncertain but provide me with the best information you have. When no one calls back it is very frustrating
