Jackson replaced a faulty float switch. He did a thorough job and explained how it was supposed to work. I thought the price of the replacement switch was too high. But, no complaints at all concerning Jackson.

Florentino and Octavio were quick and efficient. They were also cordial and friendly. The house is nice and cool now. They did an outstanding job. Our only concern was the lack of communication on the part of the management. Attempts to get updates on our impending repair were unsuccessful. That is not good customer service.
