Service First is a company I recommend 110% on AC issues. I am very pleased and happy with the work. I will be calling them again for any of my AC issues.
Called them.on saturday morning. Like 4 calls to different companies in. One of only 2 people to not have answering service or AI answering calls. Joseph was onsite in under and hour. Diagnosed the capacitor as being the issue within 10 min. Whole process was over in under 20 min. It took less than 90 min total from initial.office contact to paying the bill and saying goodbye. Excellent service. No nonsense. No upsell, no upcharge. Just problem, fix, payment. Back to having cold AC.
