I am very happy to share my experience with Carla this morning. I called to get pricing on adding refrigerant to my system and though she did not have that information on hand, she reached out to a tech to get me the information I needed. I had called 6 other companies prior to calling Zimmerman and only one of them would give me pricing over the phone. I don't know if they give phone quotes for every service but it really made my day to get that level of customer service from Zimmerman and Carla specifically!Services: HVAC system maintenance

After 23 years, my AC unit decided it was time to retire. I contacted Zimmermann and Luke was sent to help me out. Luke was very friendly, professional, informative and answered all my questions. His service was excellent and left me feeling reassured I made the right decision on the replacement unit.
