Thanks so much to Chris, Frank, Diego, Albert and Tabitha for my recent service.Pro's:* Answered each time I called (no automated service where I cannot get ahold of anyone).* Was able to get me in same day as my schedule allowed me to work from home that 1 day of the week.* Automated alerts/emails on who is arriving and when.* On time and accounted for! ...Which is a rarity for the SA market. They appreciated my time and schedule.* Owner (Chris) rectified an unfortunate call back issue to my satisfaction. Great company to work with, they came out the same day to provide a free estimate which they were very diligent in doing. The plumbers were polite and respectful of the property.Pricing was inline as other plumbers and they finished the reroute very quickly and answered my concerns and questions without hesitation. I will definitely use them again!
