Wow, our lives have completely turned around! Our skin feels amazing, and our coffee tastes fantastic.

We had a consultation with Eric, who was super genuine and clearly explained how their system could help us. We ended up getting a water refinement and reverse osmosis system installed by Jonathan. He did an awesome job and was very professional.

Jonathan went above and beyond. He noticed a leak in our faucet, told us about it, and came back the next day to install a new kitchen and bathroom faucet for free.

We had heard about Fidelis from Russ before we bought our house and sad he was no longer with the company. However, Terrille was outstanding! He was so quick to get us set up and help us make this investment possible. Fidelis really educated us on water and we’re so grateful for the transparency. Had we not met with them we would probably have ended up with some cheap softener system that would have ruined our brand new first home. Thank You Fidelis!
