Precision Specialty Concrete did approximately 700 sq feet of my house last year. The epoxy they put down was a crap job from the start. There were so many imperfections. Now, not even a year later… the floor is bubbling from delamination in circles the size of a soft ball. It was really expensive too (over priced). The invoice for the job was $9,100! I have since used Quality Stain & Epoxy from the San Antonio area to do a separate 609 sq foot room in my house. Stay away from precision (I would give zero stars if I could). Trust your job to a real skilled contractor and NOT Precision Specialty Concrete Contractors.
Company still owes me $750 for botched job. FYI, hire a floor contractor...as in a guy/gal that actually is a floor expert, not a company owner that hires laborers. Job was total crap and it is not too late to sue.
We highly recommend David Fraser and the crew from Precision!! They applied epoxy in our 3-car garage and stained our concrete porch and patio. They are professional, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. David carefully listened to our special circumstances, then provided exactly what we needed.
