I don't know where to start! Or, which positive words to use to describe Letty! She greeted my mom and me today with such a kind and warm demeanor. As she walked us through the tile-shopping process, she confidently answered our questions and gave us excellent advice! We never felt rushed. We never felt pressured to buy something that wasn't our style. Letty is genuinely an excellent design consultant, a very patient person, and a gem to the Royal Tile team! Royal Tile is the premier flooring and tile company in San Antonio. We cannot thank Luis and Kelly enough for their guidance, time, unmatched expertise, and incredible prices/selection. They truly care about their customers, and go above and beyond to create a wonderful experience for their customers. We’ve fallen in love with our house thanks all of the selections Luis and Kelly helped us to make. We hope to work with Royal Tile again in the future!

What a great experience!! I needed flooring for our small cottage and everyone was very helpful. Kelly helped us from beginning to end; she even had samples ready for us when we walked in the store. We are able to borrow a few pieces to take home with us to make sure we liked the colors. Kelly was very observant on price point and had a lot of experience with decorating. We are returning for our kitchen and bathroom tile.
