Great staff! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I had to put my 11-year old Boxer down. ? The vet and techs showed us patience and compassion during that heartbreaking experience. Thank you very much to the Vanguard Potranco staff.

My doggies needed their annual shots. I usually go to a specific vet that was once called Affordable Pet Care. Bought by a larger entity, they were quoting me over $400 for both my pups. Hubby mentioned Vanguard as he's been told by family members that's where they go. I really wanted to stay loyal to my usual vet but the price point was ridiculous. I called this location and they were helpful from the first call. They could fit both my dogs in and give them both all their annuals for $130ish out the door! They are located in busy a strip mall next to an HEB Plus so parking is sparse. Their waiting room is slim. Your pet will closely walk by other pets and they will sniff...read full review

I have been bringing my dog to Dr. Navarro for three years now, and he has been the most wonderful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable vet I have come across. He is so wonderful with the animals, and really takes the time to address any and all concerns and questions you may have. I just got a new puppy and she had her first exam with Dr. Navarro, and as always he was a complete joy. So thorough, patient and kind, answering every question in depth, and just the very best vet you could hope to find.
