Our first experience with McGovern was the design of cabinets around two large wine coolers. When it was discovered after the cabinets were installed that the supplier of the wine coolers had not provided a full set of specs, the cabinets had to be redesigned. Time was patient and accommodating through it all, and was more than willing to do what was needed to make everything right. Tim’s designs are creative, his team’s craftsmanship is of the highest quality, and they are all a pleasure to have in my home. They will be my first call for my next project!“

I also must say the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I decided to have one large shelve For lower cabinets that divider between the doors. It saved money to do it that way but I was concerned about how it would look. It turned out great and gave me so much better storage. I highly recommend this company. We found Instyle’s prices to be so reasonable and fair compared to the handful of other competing proposals we got that we ended up not only being able to update our kitchen countertop to quartz but also were able to add two new master bath vanity cabinets and accompanying quartz countertops/backsplashes included in our order with InStyle Granite & Cabinet. From start to finish, Jay was always communicative, patient, super-knowledgeable, and resourceful. The consummate pro! Regardless of how we communicated (phone, text, or e-mail), Jay always promptly answered our many detailed questions in full; he addressed our assorted concerns/requests throughout the entire process; and he kept us updated on timelines. Additionally, we found Jay and both his cabinet/vanity installer (Jaime) and his amazing countertop subcontractor (Marcelo Sanchez) to be highly ethical and 100% committed to ensuring our complete satisfaction; for example, even several days after we had paid in full but identified a few small touchups needed on one of our countertops that we didn’t see on the day of installation, Marcelo and one of his crew members came back to our home and meticulously resolved the issue. We could not be more pleased with the high-quality materials (countertops, vanity cabinets, kitchen sink, and two bathroom sinks) and how masterfully they were installed. Marcelo is a phenomenally skilled countertop expert and an excellent manager/coach of his staff; it was a pleasure to watch his 5-man installation crew work so professionally and, at all times, with customer satisfaction being top-of-mind. Plus, Marcelo helped us select a stunning quartz remnant from his shop that transformed our master bathroom AND at a very pleasing discounted price. “We did a half house renovation. While it came in higher than we expected we were not disappointed at all with the final result. The best part about the entire process was the excellent relationship we developed with our project manager - Patrick!! He kept us informed, helped us make decisions, and overall was a joy to work with!! We updated the guest wing of the house and that came out perfect. We also completely renovated our bedroom suite. We now have a lux spa suite with a gym and walk in closet to call our own that rivals any 5 star hotel! KM built a custom hammam (steam room enclosed in tile) with custom fit benches, a beautiful bathroom and work out room to match. We can’t wait to do the rest of the house with KM and Patrick!!
