We recently had new countertops and backsplash installed by Mena Stone Surfaces. Mid project, termites were discovered!! I am so thankful that we decided to do this little kitchen re-do, not only because had we not, who knows how much damage the termites would have caused...but the whole process from start to finish was so enjoyable - seamless! Lizette understands customer service and stayed in contact with me throughout the project. It's so easy to have miscommunication when you're doing projects like this but Lizette understands how to communicate well...something of a lost art these days. Jose and Noe and the rest of the crew were professional, personable and efficient. They showed up when they said they would and did the work that was expected. They cleaned up when they were done - REALLY cleaned up!! Everything was just perfect and it looks beautiful. The tile job is perfection! I can't say enough about how perfect the tile is. You can tell that everyone involved enjoys what they do and take pride in their work. I have heard horror stories about remodel jobs, especially kitchen remodels. I am happy to say that I have no horror stories...not even a complaint. They did a beautiful job and I look forward to the next job with them.
