HONEST NOT MONEY HUNGRY! I THOUGHT I knew what I needed. Unique size and specifications. The gentleman that helped me was SOOOOO KNOWLEDGEABLE! I learned a few things today. The most important is that when I need new flooring this will be my place to come. He could have sold me 10 different things that would have fit what I needed but they weren't right for what I needed. I appreciated his honestly, integrity and knowledge. It's wonderful to find that in todays world!!!!

Let me preface this with I do my research...probably too much research to the point where I become annoying to friends because I can't stop talking about the new (and mundane) things I'm learning. Anyway,. I visited 6-7 other flooring vendors, and 3-4 of them knew next to nothing about carpet. Of those who did know what they were talking about, Jim Rice at Rolando's was the most knowledgeable. When it came time to make my decision, Rolando's and the #2 company were both very competitive with price...so my decision was based on--KNOWLEDGE! First time coming to this place I could tell you that the owner ready help us get what we need for are flooring and will go back to the get some more tile for are project flooring. thank you so much Mr.Rolando
