Three years ago, KM Builders did a complete kitchen remodel after I realized I missed having an open kitchen. Most of the remodel was structural. The finished look bore absolutely no resemblance to the original kitchen!
This year I checked in with them about water damage/wear & tear on our most-used kitchen cabinet doors. We contacted them long after the cabinet warranty expired! To our amazement, they installed a drip rail under the farmhouse sink. This will prevent any water damage going forward! On top of that, they handled the entire cost of materials & labor … labor being the most expensive cost!
