I was feeling apprehensive about seeing a new dentist. Once I checked in, I quickly began to feel more at ease. The staff is very friendly. Sarah at the front desk, is so kind and professional. She never rushed me while I filled out the New Patient paperwork. Then Kathy called me back. She is very thorough and courteous. When Dr. Tran, the Dentist, came in and began my dental exam, she was amazingly gentle and knowledgeable. Dr, Tran recommended the best dental practices and procedures to help me really feel more confident about my smile, I had lost that positive feeling lately. Ms.Sidney was extremely helpful! she was so patient with helping me set up my appointments and as well with my insurance paper work and getting everything ready for me. She went above and beyond. They need more nice people like her and who also speak both English and Spanish just like her?
I had a dental emergency yesterday and they were able to get me in at 11:30 and then I was able to come back at 2 for a wisdom tooth extraction. With insurance the initial checkup was free and the extraction was about 80 bucks. The dentist and assistant were both very nice and made me feel very comfortable despite the fact that I was extremely nervous. They saw me quickly and the process didn't take long at all. So far I have absolutely no pain! The two ladies at the front desk were very polite to me and everyone else I saw them interact with.
