My wife is going to have work performed by your location on Fredericksburg Rd. Her insurance covers 90 percent of cost of extractions and dentures to be made leaving her with only having to pay 10 percent. I do not understand why she is having to pay more than what you claim insurance is covering it should be other way around .I have gone over her plan and it covers everything she is needing ,So her co pay should only be 10 percent of your total given. Can you please explain why .I am not leaving her name cause I want you to treat her as you would all your other customers ,with integrity,honesty,an itemized bill and an itemized receipt of what insurance is getting billed...read full review
