Imad was amazing. When the previous repairmen from other companies only fixed the symptoms where I was calling them back every 3 months or so for the same problem, Imad, from Alamo heating and cooling, root-caused the issue and got the approval from my HOI to fix it right. Very conscientious and does the right thing right the first time!!!
It's genuinely refreshing to share a positive experience, especially when it comes to home repairs! I recently had an issue with my AC system where the drain pan was cracked. Other companies came out, took a look, and immediately declared that the entire air handler needed to be replaced, along with the pan, citing it as an impossible fix. The estimates I received were astronomical and frankly, quite disheartening as the air handler itself was functioning perfectly.
