Let me start off by saying thank you. Your AC tech, Rico is the man! Not only did he solve my AC problem in one day, he took his time and explained what was going on during the process. I called late last night (9pm) that my AC unit wasn't working. My call was answered quickly and professionally. They had a technician out at my home by 9am the next morning (well within the time window estimate of 8-10am). Rico fixed my AC unit quickly (paid and out the door by 10:30am) - and in this time of a pandemic he (and I) wore a mask the whole time. He also wore boot covers to protect my floors. He was friendly, educational, and professional. This is the second time we've had them out to repair our machine in the last year and a half (older unit) and we're consistently pleased with the prices, but even more importantly, with the service. Rico is one of the best guys and mary is a very good person they blessed me with a part for my ac unit at a affordable price they company I gonna be with for the rest of my life as long as I live.
