I needed a fade and didn't want to drive to Killeen. One of my friend's recommended a barber he went to a couple of weeks ago. All I had to do was show her a picture of the fade I wanted. She finished it off with shaving my neck and a hot towel. I didn't even have to make an appointment, she takes walk-ins. The location is convenient too, next to Brookshires. I will be going back instead of driving all the way into Killeen.
I can’t say enough about how wonderful Angie the Barber is!! She is new to town and has been cutting my hair and my sons hair. We now visit her atleast once a month due to her having amazing skills as a barber but also great hospitality and communication. Super thrilled to have a barber like herself locally.
As an autistic person, I struggle to find comfortable places to have my hair touched by other people. It's not my favorite thing, but Angie really changed that for me! I felt welcomed, safe, seen and respected. I didn't feel pressured to ignore what I wanted for my haircut and she did an amazing job meeting my expectations! I will absolutely go back for my haircuts every time!
