“I booked a Brazilian and underarm wax appointment with Priscilla for June 2, 2023. This was by far the best wax that I have had to date. I have been to a few other places and have left with small patches of hair. But this was the smoothest, cleanest wax that I've had with no irritation, just mild redness that was gone by the next day, which is expected. Priscilla was friendly, inviting, and informative. My underarm hair was too short so she suggested that we wait till next time and removed that service from my tab. She asked relevant questions to ensure that I was getting the appropriate service and was sure to prepare me for the "not so fun" areas of the Brazilian. Priscilla is now my new wax tech; super bummed that I found her so late in the game. She is worth every penny!“

“The only reason why it’s 4 stars- because of the young girl talking bad about my nails and threw my hand like she was disgusted. Okay, like your nails are so appealing with 3/4 of the polish chipped off? I don’t think I’ve ever felt so uncomfortable because of her. I’ve been to so many salons, yea- they’re gonna talk smack, but they do it with all fake smiles and minimal gestures. Prior to that, she seemed very annoyed to be helping me, so I should’ve seen that coming. I confronted the manager about it- the response was it wasn’t my turn- but this gesture of disgust was before “he told her that it wasn’t my turn”. Jimmy was very nice, even though my nails are uneven, he apologized… Good thing that girl switched me to Jimmy because I was about to walk out because I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed. Word of advice- please don’t make your customers uncomfortable. If you have an issue with the customers nails, then talk to them about the challenges it may bring you or just tell them that someone else can fix it better than you. I am all for giving second chances to businesses… so we’ll see..“
