“The only reason why it’s 4 stars- because of the young girl talking bad about my nails and threw my hand like she was disgusted. Okay, like your nails are so appealing with 3/4 of the polish chipped off? I don’t think I’ve ever felt so uncomfortable because of her. I’ve been to so many salons, yea- they’re gonna talk smack, but they do it with all fake smiles and minimal gestures. Prior to that, she seemed very annoyed to be helping me, so I should’ve seen that coming. I confronted the manager about it- the response was it wasn’t my turn- but this gesture of disgust was before “he told her that it wasn’t my turn”. Jimmy was very nice, even though my nails are uneven, he apologized… Good thing that girl switched me to Jimmy because I was about to walk out because I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed. Word of advice- please don’t make your customers uncomfortable. If you have an issue with the customers nails, then talk to them about the challenges it may bring you or just tell them that someone else can fix it better than you. I am all for giving second chances to businesses… so we’ll see..“

“Both myself and my wife had a pedicure and manicure done at Venus, it was clean, comfortable, and they were nice and attentive. We were able to get an appointment almost immediately. My wife is very happy with her colors and the application, I am amazed at the softness on my fingers and toes. The massage on the legs, calves and feet were invigorating and gentle. We will start doing this once a month as we were very pleased with the results.“

“Only been in the area 2 years. I had not found someone to do my nails until yesterday that I wanted to make a second appointment. Last week on Thursday I called to get an appointment that afternoon. She could not take me until Friday. I was so happy that all I read was Friday on her message. On Friday I went and she was not in her shop. So, it was my mistake for not reading the message. My appointment was for December 9. A sweet lady at the business contacted Kellye and Kelleye said she would fit me in the coming Monday. Everything in the building was clean, quiet, and Kellye was ready for me. She did my nails exactly as I like them. Beautiful. She did not rush me to make decisions and was a very pleasant young lady. If you are wanting to get your nails done by a real Professional, look up her website and you will be happy you did. I am.“

“Andy did an AMAZING job! Perfect actually! I am a VERY picky girl when getting my nails done. I told him I get an allergic reaction to certain chemicals and he took his time to make sure not to get the polish on my nailbeds. He filed my nails down so the dip isn't fat and chunky looking. They look like press ons, that's how perfect they look!I definitely recommend this nail salon and Andy!“
