“This review is for Miranda Castaneda whom i just found out does not work there anymore. I used Centrum Health at 4 differents locations and the Miranda was by far, bar none the best front desk assistant that I had to interract with. She was always ready to go above and beyond, she followed up on things that she said she will do, she called back patients.

I was very saddened when I heard that she left and I am seriously thinking about changing my PCP.

The first day that I went there and she was not there, I made a request about referral, its been 5 days and I still don't have a referral. with Miranda it was a matter of minutes, and I mean within the hour it was done.

If Centrum health does not find someone that will be up to Miranda Standards and ethic, I will be forced to go somewhere else.

“I came here in August 2025 totally burned out from work and in poor health. I've always had issues being consistent with seeing healthcare professionals. I saw Derek Hazelwood and Rebecca Stewart with concerns about heart health. They took my concerns seriously after blood tests they did a heart test due to really high cholesterol.

At their suggestion they checked my insurance and I was fully covered to see the health coach located there coach malakey (coach key). With their help I've lost 35+ pounds and went from 36% body fat down to 24% body fat. I have a lot more energy and generally more happy. More importantly my cholesterol has come down without the need for medication (nothing wrong if it's needed but happy we were able to get it under control without)
