At Texas Health Digestive Specialists, everyone is equally and awesomely caring about health and well-being. The staff is wonderful in all aspects, especially with explanations of what will happen during a visit. The administrative group is very friendly and helpful. One doctor thoroughly listened to concerns and created a care plan with a patient's wishes in mind. Another physician is extremely knowledgeable and answers questions, though one patient felt he seemed impatient at times but is assured he will be diligent to pursue the root of the problem. A physician's assistant is just as caring and got right on top of an issue. However, one receptionist was not trained enough for checking in patients, almost canceling an appointment because they did not know how to check someone in. Overall, the clinic is committed to advanced gastrointestinal diagnoses and treatments, is a bi-lingual clinic (English and Spanish), and takes pride in developing in-depth treatment plans tailored to unique needs.
