“I use Sachse Vet Hospital because they know how to take care of hunting dogs. Our prior vet would not provide rattlesnake vaccine. My friends told me about this practice. Not only did they have the vaccine but their charges for other services were less expensive than our former vet.“

We had an appointment with Dr. Abraham yesterday, and it reminded me how friendly, knowledgeable, and patient he is. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things clearly.

We’ve also seen Dr. Howard and Dr. Meyers and have had great experiences with them as well. The vet techs are wonderful too and are always kind, gentle, and so sweet with our dogs.

The front office staff is fantastic. Scheduling appointments, requesting records, and getting information is always easy, and their email responses are consistently fast and helpful. It's actually shocking to me how quickly I hear back from them!

The receptionist is courteous and helpful. Vet tech is good at gathering information but defers to Dr. Paa instead of trying to offer diagnosis or treatment unlike the previous clinic I went to. I am happy to trust Dr. Paa with all 6 of my fur babies.“

“Southfork veterinary saved my dog and I can’t thank them enough. I called the vet we have been going to for 6 years, since my dog is a puppy. My dog never been sick. After 2 days of my dog not eating much, not drinking….They told me to bring her to the Emergency room because they couldn’t see for 5 more days. I called southfork veterinarian, described the symptoms, no hesitation they told me to bring her, it could be serious. They never seen my dog. The vet and technician took care of my dog for 2h, asked me so many questions, listen to everything I said, tested her…they took all the time they needed to help her. The next morning they called me with the blood results and told me to bring her to their other clinic a few miles away because she need treatment immediately. Went to the East Plano vet… Same care for my dog!! They kept my dog 2 nights, kept me updated and found what is wrong with her. Both clinics are extremely qualified, extremely nice, patient, care about the pets and their families. They saved my 6 years old lab, Bailey! They are now Bailey’s doctors! Thank you to all of you.“

We saw Dr. Shanti today and he took his time listening to our concerns, addressed our cat’s skin condition and our cat is now on the road to recovery! Our cat is very selective and LOVES Dr. Shanti! He even accepted his chin scritches and was a good boy for Dr. Shanti to complete his exam (he normally hisses and swats, but he did not this time!). “I don't normally leave reviews but I am so offended by Brutus’ story.. I brought my dog Harley in for a routine checkup and abdominal xray as she was having the Hershey squirts for the past week before. We are sitting in the waiting room when all of a sudden this big brolic dog mounts my poor Harley in a fit of rage and lets nature take its course. No help from any of the employees! I have to remove this big horndog from my dear sweet Harley to save her from the horrors that awaited her! But I was too late!! Brutus had already finished the job and now my poor sweet Harley was going to be a mother to his offspring. We ended up bringing her back for the birth of the dogs and I have to say the service was much better this time! Very helpful staff.“
