From start to finish this clinic was exceptional. Every single member of their team was wonderful. You can tell that they all genuinely love animals & enjoy their work. Dr. Reaugh performed surgery on my cat yesterday to remove a FISS tumor & he is doing amazing today. I am actually having a hard time keeping him from being too active because he is feeling so well. They give very detailed written instructions for after care. They took their time & listened during the pre-op consult & answered all of my questions. We live 2.5 hours away from this clinic but will happily make the trip again if ever needed. Oh and I almost forgot the surgery was very reasonable.
My dachshund had IVDD and lost all use of her legs. My vet sent the referral to them and less that 2 hours later they had my sweet girl in and in surgery shortly after. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. Dr Reaugh answered all of our questions and discussed all options thoroughly. I felt peace leaving her in their care for surgery and overnight. I would highly recommend DVSC.
We have taken 2 different pets and love both experiences. Very caring and empathetic. I appreciate that they offer alternatives to surgery when possible. Both dogs had orthopedic issues.
